Full Classrooms is a free library of enrollment ideas for private Christian and charter schools. It is run by School Success, a business of Slater Strategies ("we," "us"). This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- When you sign up for the newsletter: your name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your school name, your role, and your school type.
- When you submit an idea: your name, email, school (optional), the category, your idea, and whether you are OK with us crediting you by name.
- Basic site data: like most websites, our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
- Site analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic, such as which pages are visited and how people find us. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
Please use a work email if you like. We are here to help school staff, and we do not need personal information about students.
How we use it
- To send you the Full Classrooms weekly email with enrollment ideas.
- To send an occasional note from School Success about free resources (like the marketing report card) or our services. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To review ideas you send in, follow up with questions, and credit you if you said that is OK.
- To understand which kinds of schools find the site useful, so we can make it better.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your information. Ever.
- We do not share your email with sponsors or advertisers. If a sponsor appears in the newsletter, they never see our list.
- We do not publish your name or school with an idea unless you checked the box saying we can.
Who helps us
We store contacts and send email using our customer relationship tool (GoHighLevel) and host the site with a standard web host. These companies process your information only so we can run Full Classrooms, and they are bound by their own privacy and security terms. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are subscribed or while we are working with your idea. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to make sure we do not email you again. Ask us anytime and we will delete your information.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: click the link at the bottom of any email.
- See, fix, or delete your information: email us and we will take care of it, usually within a few business days.
Kids
This site is for adults who work at or lead schools. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child sent us something, let us know and we will delete it.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable tools, secure connections (HTTPS), and limit who on our team can see contact details. No system is perfect, but we take care with what you trust us with.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If it is a big change, we will tell subscribers by email.
